Plus Event Marketing has been involved in the preparation, planning, logistics and delivery of major large-scale and customized events for over 20 years. Our team is experienced in the coordination of different functional areas, including field operations, venue management, hospitality, security, catering, branding, transportation, accommodation, TV Production, and much more.
Plus Event Marketing is able to arrange experienced senior and front line management in all major event disciplines. One of our aims is to create different communication platforms for sponsors and management of the platforms. We are able to deliver complete turnkey major event management solutions over a period of years as well as single management projects around the world.

    Coordinating events, determining event requirements, coordinating hospitality staff, liaising with client to determine needs, determining satisfaction and liaising with venues; 
    Consultation with clients to determine the scope and requirements for each event and to answer queries relating to services offered by the company;
    Responsibility for staff selection and management for each event;
    Responsibility for 3rd parties’ selection (technical equipment, catering, production, branding, security, accommodation, transportation) and management for each event 
    Resolving all problems and complaints concerning service which may arise; 
    Obtain feedback from client and staff on event success and/or improvements;
    Arranging the supply of goods and services for event according to budgets;
    Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with event services;
    Maintaining records, reports and financial transactions;
